A connected way of breathing whereby the three areas of the physical body abdomen, diaphragm and chest are activated.
Blockages and tensions that are being held here (and resonate with them in the mental and emotional body) can come to the surface and be integrated into daily consciousness so that the life energy can flow freely again.
The first part of a session is active breathing, uncovering and expressing traumatic memories and the accompanying emotions. These can be very intense emotional expressions, but this phase can also go smoothly.
The second part is a phase of peace of mind and integration.
The knowledge gained is integrated into daily awareness. This phase also differs per person and per session. From relief, gratitude, a sense of peace, to a deep sense of bliss and commitment to Creation.
The third phase involves bringing out (sharing) what you have experienced so that the knowledge gains mass that supports integration into daily consciousness.
