- Recommended life-stile changes before a retreat
- Spend at least 30 minutes a day on yourself: meditate, do Yoga, exercise or just sit down and think
- Try to spend as much time as possible in nature
- Try to avoid the news and staying up to date with current events
- Shower every morning and every evening
