      • No drugs
      • No caffeine
      • No processed foods
      • No processed sugar
      • No Meet
    • 24 hours before the ceremony
      • No citrus (oranges, lemos etc.)
      • No bananas
      • No old cheese
    • 12 hours before the ceremony - stop eating all-together

  • Recommended life-stile changes before a retreat
    • Spend at least 30 minutes a day on yourself: meditate, do Yoga, exercise or just sit down and think
    • Try to spend as much time as possible in nature
    • Try to avoid the news and staying up to date with current events
    • Shower every morning and every evening
